Refund Policy
Order Cancellation:
Once an order is complete and a tracking number has been created, you cannot cancel it. If you cancel before your order is complete, Smygxw USA may charge a 5% cancellation fee at its discretion.
Return Policy
This policy is valid for 30 days. If the item arrives more than 30 days after delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, please consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your returned item.
Submit a Return Request
Log in to your account:
In the Email field, enter your email address and click Continue.
In your email account, open the email from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
Click the order for which you want to return.
Click "Request Return." If the order is not eligible for a return, this button will not be available.
If your order contains multiple items, select the items you want to return.
Select the reason for your return and add a note to the store.
Click Request Return.
If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Once the items are returned, we will process your refund.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Orders with free shipping will receive a refund for the merchandise, less the actual shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
In some cases, only a partial refund will be allowed (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged through no fault of ours, or missing parts
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to process.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items are not.
Exchanges:
We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you require an exchange for an identical item, please email Support@smygxw.top.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
