Shipping Policy

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to addresses outside the contiguous United States (such as Hawaii and Alaska). Free shipping uses economy shipping, and shipping times may vary. If you require your order to be delivered within a specific timeframe, you can select the applicable rate at checkout for a fee.

Shipping Policy

Most package orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Standard Time will ship the same day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. While we strive to always meet your expectations, some packages may not ship within these times under normal circumstances and/or during holidays. You will be notified once your order has shipped.

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. However, severe weather, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control may occasionally cause delivery delays or disruptions.

Please note the following:

Smygxw USA cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or other force majeure events. We rely on our carriers, but even in these situations, they cannot guarantee delivery within normal timeframes.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays due to weather or other uncontrollable factors.

We ship via UPS and USPS. For UPS policies, please visit the UPS website. For USPS policies, please visit the USPS website.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally. If you require international shipping, please contact support@smygxw.top.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Tracking information will be generated within 48 hours.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number and we will check your order.

You can also view your order information by logging into your account.

Shipping to PO Boxes

: UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. The applicable USPS rate for your PO Box will be displayed during checkout.

Refund, Return, and Exchange Summary (Full Return Policy)

We accept returns within 30 days of ordering for unused, unopened items in their original condition. We will refund the full order value, minus return shipping costs.

If your order is damaged in any way, please email us at Support@smygxw.top as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the item's condition. We will handle each case individually and strive to provide a satisfactory resolution.
